Is the time I choose my exact installation time?
The time you choose on the calendar is NOT your installation time. Installations are done later in the day and are determined by routing and logistics. Due to the custom nature of sign installations, each sign takes as long as it takes.
How is my booking secured?
Your booking slot and materials are only secured once your quote is accepted and your invoice is paid in full. Until then, your date and materials remain available to other clients.
What qualifies as a Last-Minute Booking?
Last-Minute Bookings: These are bookings made within three business days or less from the installation date. Please note that rush fees will apply and will increase as the installation date approaches.

Do my quote and invoice expire?
Both your quote and your invoice have an expiration date. Once you have received a quote, your booking slot and materials are put on hold. If you have not accepted your quote and paid the invoice by the expiration date, your materials and slot will be released and available for others.
How is mileage and travel calculated?
Every celebration requires two round-trips — installation and removal. Mileage is charged at $.75 per mile when total mileage is under 100 miles. Total mileage of 100 miles or more is $1.00 per mile.
How do I prepare my lawn?
For the best installation, water your lawn for 1 hour per day for the two days leading up to the installation. You will be notified on the day of installation of an approximate time to water and how long to water to achieve the best results.
